Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj established a competent and progressive civil rule with the help of a disciplined military and well structured administrative organization.
Rabindranath Tagore is regarded as the outstanding creative artist of the modern Indian subcontinent being highly commemorated in India.
He has written National Anthems for India, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka.
Ashoka the Great is one of the greatest emperors of all time. Ashoka regarded Buddhism as doctrine that could serve as a cultural foundation for Political Unity. The emblem of the modern Republic of India is an adaptation of the lion capital of Ashoka.
C V Raman was an Indian physicist who discovered scattering of light which is called Raman effect & he was awarded Bharat Ratna and Nobel Prize for the same.
The school follows the HOUSE system for academic, cultural and outdoor activities. Inter House competitions are organized to provide all round training for extra and co- curricular activities.

The Student Council is led by the Head Girl/Boy assisted by the Deputy Head Girl/Boy, House captains and Vice-Captains, Cultural Captain and Sports Captain. The Council members are selected on the basis of their qualities of leadership, their capabilities and conduct.
